This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Assess deal characteristics for adherence to organizational programs and policies, including contract length, pricing models, discount levels, and approval requirements, to evaluate if contracts fulfill program criteria.
• Provide guidance to sellers, account executives, or deal owners on necessary adjustments to ensure deals align with program standards.
• Collaborate with program managers and other leadership teams to consider exceptions.
• Manage case activities: oversee incoming requests and create/manage case records to guarantee prompt resolution.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• 2-4 years of experience in project/program coordination, contracts, compliance, finance, consulting, legal operations, or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of basic financial calculations, including discounting, proration, and currency conversions.
• Strong business insight with the capacity to navigate uncertainty and exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail and robust critical-thinking abilities.
• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Tech-savvy, with a quick aptitude for learning new technologies, systems, and business processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Occasional infrequent in-person activities may be required.
