Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Lead teams that focus on driving company growth and delivering client services.

• Utilize structured project management and process methodologies to achieve set goals and targets.

• Effectively communicate and implement program and company objectives.

• Guide conflict resolution while achieving revenue and growth targets, ensuring high-quality standards.

• Manage stakeholder relationships and cultivate strong partnerships.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to address changes in program scope, timelines, and budgets.

• Convert client visions into actionable project activities that lead to successful results.

• Shape the success metrics and outcomes for clients.

• Provide strategic guidance and direction to clients.

• Identify challenges and conflicts, and formulate strategic solutions.

• Negotiate project outcomes and agreements that benefit both the project and the organization.

• Collaborate with technical and growth leaders to identify and pursue both organic and new growth opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in managing technology service delivery projects.

• Practical knowledge of Federal program execution.

• Proven experience in leading complex technology or data-driven projects.

• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder; sponsorship is not available.

• Must have resided in the US for at least the past 3 years.

• Able to fulfill the requirements for holding a Public Trust position, including passing a US Government background check.
