📋 Description

• Supervise the fiduciary execution of a federal IT project from its inception to completion.

• Ensure that objectives align with the goals of the Senior Operations Manager and Deputy Operations Manager, while adhering to budget, timeline, and quality standards.

• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, risk registers, and burn-rate metrics.

• Perform risk assessments, execute mitigation strategies, and track project progress.

• Oversee resource allocation.

• Create project documentation, reports, and briefings.

• Collaborate effectively to facilitate successful project delivery within a complex federal contracting framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in sensitive operational and inter-agency support, leadership and management, HUMINT, signature reduction support, infrastructure development, and risk management/reduction.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field; or 4 additional years of equivalent professional experience.

• At least 8 years of project management experience in a federal contracting setting.

• Experience in managing IT projects, including infrastructure engineering initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.

• Ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical personnel at all levels of the organization.

• Must be a US Citizen.

• Must possess a Top Secret Clearance.

• Must have work authorization in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
