This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Take ownership of the A&C co-sell program from beginning to end: establish what co-sell readiness entails for different partner types, uphold the criteria that determine partner participation, and act as a liaison between partner teams and the direct sales organization.
• Manage the platform qualification funnel from nomination to co-sell readiness and activation, encompassing intake standards, progress monitoring, partner health assessments, and portal operations.
• Create and sustain dashboards along with regular reports to track program health and outcomes (platform activation, co-sell pipeline, deal conversion, incentives throughput); set metrics and documentation to ensure reporting is reliable and reusable.
• Develop reporting experiences for sellers that transform partner signals into actionable insights (account views featuring signal type, recency, and deal stage).
• Collaborate with GTM Ops and data owners to enhance data accessibility and attribution; identify gaps and implement practical solutions.
• Oversee the operational interface with sales development representatives supporting partners: establish intake standards, routing protocols, play briefs, QA loops, and conduct weekly/monthly performance evaluations linked to SLAs and pipeline outcomes.
• Operationalize and evaluate the effectiveness of partner-ready sales plays comprehensively (inputs, workflows, scorecards, iteration loops) and maintain a consistent schedule to monitor and enhance execution.
• Develop frameworks that dictate how the program scales: platform engagement tiers, low-touch models, and capacity planning.
• Proactively identify areas of the program at risk and intervene to facilitate delivery when timelines or data quality are threatened.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, partnerships operations, GTM strategy, or revenue operations; or at least 5 years with comprehensive ownership of a complex cross-functional program.
• Proven experience managing intricate multi-stakeholder programs—establishing cadences, overseeing qualification funnels, defining metrics, and presenting executive-level updates.
• Proficient in analytics, including familiarity with Salesforce and SQL (or similar platforms) and experience in creating dashboards used operationally by field teams.
• Comfortable navigating imperfect data sources and evolving commercial models; capable of enhancing definitions and data quality over time.
• Strong written communication skills; capable of drafting clear operating notes, metric definitions, frameworks, and updates for stakeholders.
