This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to pinpoint significant opportunities for AI-driven automation and workflow enhancement.
• Take ownership of the GTM AI roadmap by prioritizing initiatives according to their business impact, readiness, and cross-functional alignment.
• Manage the design, development, and implementation of AI workflows throughout the GTM stack, working closely with Business Systems, Data, Product, and AI Engineering teams.
• Convert vague business challenges into structured programs with defined success metrics, while monitoring adoption and evaluating efficiency impacts.
• Advocate for GTM Engineering requirements during AI and roadmap planning with the engineering team.
• Develop frameworks to assess the success of AI initiatives by tracking time savings, productivity improvements, adoption rates, and revenue effects.
• Lead change management and enablement efforts to ensure GTM teams comprehend, embrace, and fully leverage new AI capabilities.
• 5-8+ years of experience in program management, preferably in GTM operations, business systems, digital transformation, or AI operations.
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional programs and engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Extensive knowledge of GTM systems and workflows, with experience in Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, customer success tools, and a comprehensive understanding of the GTM lifecycle from lead generation to renewal.
• Analytical mindset capable of translating technical insights into narratives suitable for executive-level discussions and establishing data-driven frameworks for assessing program success.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and promote adoption across various teams.
• Proficiency in navigating ambiguity, prioritizing competing demands, and balancing strategic vision with tactical execution.
• Preferred: experience in designing and implementing AI, automation, or workflow intelligence in GTM, sales operations, or post-sales settings.
• A bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring current or future employer sponsorship.
