This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +7 more countries.
• Oversee the overall success of designated FSP programs by ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and adherence to regulations.
• Provide strategic guidance to FSP management teams regarding financial performance at the program level, resource optimization, and opportunities for margin improvement.
• Manage the financial aspects of FSP programs, which include budget planning, resource allocation, cost management, financial reporting, profitability targets, and contract supervision.
• Supervise the development and management of workforce infrastructure that facilitates successful execution of FSP programs.
• Spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing and expanding FSP service offerings.
• Create comprehensive and scalable FSP solutions that address client requirements and promote long-term program growth.
• Establish frameworks and standardized methodologies for FSP service delivery while allowing flexibility for specific program needs.
• Implement quality standards, reporting mechanisms, and performance metrics to assess program effectiveness across FSP operations.
• Promote knowledge sharing and process harmonization across FSP programs while ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations.
• Identify opportunities for expanding FSP services and formulate targeted business strategies that align with client and organizational objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to encourage collaboration and achieve long-term partnership success.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• At least 5+ years of leadership experience in FSP clinical operations within a CRO environment.
• A minimum of 3 years of prior line management experience.
• Direct experience in FSP Program Leadership within the clinical operations domain.
• Familiarity with FSP resourcing projections, billing processes, workforce forecasting, and financial tracking.
• Extensive knowledge of FSP operational requirements across various therapeutic areas.
• Awareness of regulatory requirements and operational frameworks for clinical trials.
• Experience in developing and implementing FSP solutions for a variety of client types.
• Capability to identify and tackle the unique challenges linked to FSP service delivery in different functional contexts.
• Insight into the operational requirements and regulatory frameworks governing clinical trials.
• Proven experience in building and managing cross-functional teams with expertise across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Strong communication, organizational, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or a related field.
• Experience in supporting various therapeutic areas within clinical development programs.
• Proficiency in developing scalable FSP delivery models and service frameworks.
• Knowledge of performance measurement, quality management, and operational process improvement initiatives.
