Program Director, Information Technology – Epic Bridges

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee leadership and/or technical guidance for a designated Information Technology (IT) segment within the organization.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to the designated IT segment.

• Serve as the primary contact and assume full responsibility for ensuring a high level of redundancy and reliability within the assigned IT segment.

• Identify best practices for service offerings within the IT segment.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of departmental workflows.

• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, invoice reconciliation, release updates, issues tracking, and evaluations of new products.

• Review the work of junior personnel to ensure the quality of service offerings.

• Conduct personnel evaluations and reviews for salary administration, training, and promotions.

• Prepare periodic departmental budgets and ensure adherence to them.

• Monitor compliance with Information Systems policies and procedures.

• Present issues and concerns to IT leadership, along with potential solutions when applicable.

• Collaborate with departmental and divisional management to devise and implement Information Technology strategies.

• Establish and track operational KPIs, including productivity standards.

• Develop and manage the IT budget for the assigned area.

• Practice sound fiscal budget management to ensure expenditures remain within allocated funds.

⛳️ Requirements

• Epic Bridges Certification (Highly Preferred)

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) - (Required)

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience* (Required)

• Minimum of 2 years managing people, processes, or projects (Required)
