Program Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement a long-term partnership strategy between Honeywell and the NHL.

• Formulate strategic plans that align with both Honeywell's and the NHL's goals.

• Cultivate relationships with senior executives at the NHL.

• Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, investments, and collaborative initiatives.

• Supervise the implementation of building automation and energy management projects within NHL venues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in program management, strategic partnerships, business development, or a comparable field.

• At least 5 years of experience in the building automation, energy management, smart buildings, or a related industry (e.g., Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC, or industrial IoT).

• Profound knowledge of building automation and energy efficiency technologies.

• Strong expertise in managing and communicating with executive-level stakeholders.

• Willingness and ability to travel (approximately 20-30% of the time) within North America for visits to NHL partner sites and Honeywell offices.
