This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement comprehensive curriculum strategies that support learners from the onboarding phase to successful job placement.
• Design, manage, curate, and tailor curriculum resources and comprehensive learning solutions across various tracks.
• Ensure curriculum alignment with industry standards, employer expectations, learner requirements, and contemporary trends.
• Collaborate with Product, Coaching, Operations, Admissions, external content providers, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
• Utilize data insights and learner feedback to enhance curriculum content, instructional approaches, and learner support systems.
• Uphold consistent curriculum delivery standards across tracks in a virtual setting.
• Train and assist coaches with the latest tools, content, and resources.
• Develop and execute innovative, scalable program models.
• Assess program effectiveness through data analysis and design experiments to improve delivery and engagement.
• Communicate updates regarding the curriculum and create resources and training for internal stakeholders.
• Oversee subject matter experts and manage content development tasks as required.
• Report directly to the Director of Program Experience & Innovation.
• Innovative, data-driven approach to project proposal and implementation.
• Skills in project and data management.
• Practical, evidence-based problem-solving abilities.
• Learner-centered mindset; previous coaching experience is advantageous.
• Capability to develop and curate content and assessments.
• Skills in collaborating with stakeholders.

• Capacity to support DEIJ initiatives within programs and curricula.
• Experience in conducting qualitative and/or quantitative research (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (preferred).
• Experience in developing curriculum for technical careers, including software programming languages (preferred).
• Must reside within the 50 U.S. states or the District of Columbia.
• Full authorization to work in the 50 U.S. states or District of Columbia.
