This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Act as a knowledgeable consultant and primary liaison for district and school collaborators involved in the implementation of curriculum.
• Cultivate partnerships from initiation through the realization of deliverables, which include annual objectives at both district and school levels.
• Design and monitor project action steps, including grant deliverables; oversee project plans; and analyze data to assess progress.
• Provide engaging, high-impact professional learning and coaching services.
• Prepare for, facilitate, and follow up on professional learning sessions, small-group discussions, and one-on-one meetings with partners, both virtually and in-person.
• Create meeting agendas, strategize coaching discussions, and tailor presentations for groups of school and district leaders.
• Develop customized tools and resources to cater to partner requirements.
• Assist in the creation and enhancement of program materials.
• Collaborate with team members to design professional learning sessions and program materials focused on building instructional leadership and change-management capabilities for effective curriculum implementation.
• Outline processes, tools, and resources that constitute the program and deliver them to partners to ensure quality and impact.
• Contribute to the continuous development of the curriculum services portfolio.
• Build and/or sustain relationships with school and district leaders and other stakeholders.
• Lead conversations with potential and current partners to influence and secure future collaborations.
• Create and deliver webinars, conference presentations, and white papers.
• Work with partners to devise and implement measurement and evaluation strategies for projects.
• Assist districts and schools in collecting, analyzing, and utilizing data to achieve their goals.
• Partner with the Research and Evaluation team to evaluate and communicate program impact to external audiences.

• A decade of experience in deploying high-quality instructional materials at the district or school level.
• Proficiency in either mathematics or English Language Arts/Literacy, encompassing knowledge of national standards and teaching methodologies, alongside the ability to provide coaching in that subject area.
• Exceptional facilitation and coaching abilities, including the skill to lead team meetings, professional development, and coaching dialogues with district and school leaders.
• Strong content development and writing skills, particularly in creating objective-aligned professional learning presentations and other resources (e.g., tools for leaders and educators).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the capability to quickly establish relationships and communicate effectively with diverse groups and individuals in partner districts and schools.
• Robust project management skills, including the aptitude to develop and oversee project plans, manage oneself and a diverse group of stakeholders to meet deadlines and project objectives, and effectively use project management and collaboration tools.
• Must be located in California, Nevada, Oregon, or Washington (or another Western U.S. state, with frequent travel across the region).
• 3-5 years of leadership experience as either a director-level school district leader (e.g., director of mathematics, literacy, professional learning, etc.) or school principal is mandatory.
• Travel is a requirement for this position (up to 50%).
