This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Taking ownership of the strategy, direction, and execution of performance-focused creative across a portfolio of 2-5 clients, ensuring alignment with client KPIs and channel goals.
• Converting performance data into concise creative strategies, including testing roadmaps, hypotheses, and plans for iteration.
• Crafting consistent static and video briefs founded on platform best practices and performance insights, incorporating performance-driven messaging, hooks, headlines, and ad copy tailored to platform behaviors, audience insights, and campaign objectives.
• Collaborating closely with Media teams to synchronize testing strategies, scaling opportunities, and performance enhancements.
• Working alongside Design and Production teams to realize concepts, while managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Evaluating creative performance across platforms and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations and subsequent steps.
• Utilizing a strong understanding of platform dynamics (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, Programmatic) to guide creative strategies.
• Aiding client communication by presenting creative concepts, performance insights, and strategic proposals.
• Contributing to the establishment of creative testing frameworks, best practices, and working methodologies across accounts.
• Recognizing opportunities to enhance creative efficiency through tools, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Occasional travel to meet clients, attend team meetings, and/or events, likely 1-3 times per year.
• Over 3 years of experience in performance creative, paid social, or a related field, ideally within an agency setting.
• At least 2 years of experience managing client relationships and delivering creative related to performance outcomes.
• A solid understanding of the interplay between creative and media, with experience collaborating with media teams on testing, scaling, and optimization strategies.
• Proven ability to translate performance data into actionable creative direction, taxonomy, testing hypotheses, and plans for iteration.
• Familiarity with paid media platforms, particularly Meta Ads Manager, as well as TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, and emerging channels.
• Strong instincts in creative and performance marketing, capable of developing and refining messaging, hooks, headlines, and ad copy that resonate with diverse audiences, platforms, and funnel stages to promote engagement and conversion.
• Ability to discern which creative concepts should be scaled, iterated upon, or pivoted from based on performance insights.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with experience overseeing multiple timelines, deliverables, and workstreams concurrently.
• Strong communication skills when interacting with clients, including presenting creative work, performance insights, and strategic proposals.
• Keen awareness of emerging trends, platform developments, and culturally relevant moments, with a proactive approach to staying informed about shifts influencing consumer behavior and creative best practices.
• Actively exploring and utilizing AI tools and emerging technologies to improve creative development, optimize workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
• A collaborative mindset with the capacity to work cross-functionally with Media, Design, Production, and Client Strategy teams.
