This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement strategic programs that align with business goals, enhance operational efficiency, and promote ongoing process improvements.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight across a variety of programs.
• Maintain uniformity in delivery standards, stakeholder engagement, project governance, and executive reporting.
• Formulate strategies and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to establish priorities.
• Develop implementation plans and spearhead the execution of initiatives with significant impact.
• Oversee risk management and dependencies while enhancing team performance.
• Ensure alignment of work with organizational, segment, and enterprise objectives.
• Evaluate program outcomes and convey insights and recommendations to executive audiences.
• Create business reviews, status updates, decision documents, and professional presentations.
• Navigate uncertainty and provide advice on complicated, high-visibility challenges.
• Determine suitable actions based on stakeholder requirements, operational implications, and strategic priorities.
• Guide team members through coaching, performance management, prioritization, accountability, and development.
• Establish program governance, delivery standards, project management routines, and practices for executive reporting.
• Identify and execute practical, scalable process enhancements.
• Assess program results and leverage insights to inform recommendations, decisions, and future strategies.
• Handle competing priorities, resolve intricate issues, and drive results through others.
• Influence stakeholders without direct authority and foster alignment among leaders, peers, and cross-functional partners.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a strategic and operational leader, including a focus on developing strategy as a key responsibility and translating strategic priorities into actionable plans.
• At least 5 years of experience leading complex programs, projects, or business initiatives among cross-functional teams.
• Over 5 years of experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to establish priorities, align work with enterprise and segment-specific goals, and drive the execution of impactful initiatives.
• 5 or more years of experience in people leadership, encompassing coaching, performance management, prioritization, accountability, and team development.
• Capability to lead through uncertainty, exercise sound independent judgment, and make decisions on complex, high-visibility issues.
• Experience in establishing program governance, delivery standards, project management routines, and executive reporting practices.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, stakeholder expectations, and operational impacts effectively.
• Proficiency in identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing practical, scalable solutions.
• Experience in assessing program performance, measuring outcomes, and utilizing insights to guide recommendations and future strategies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including crafting executive presentations, facilitating stakeholder discussions, conducting business reviews, status reporting, decision documentation, and addressing issues.
• Advanced skills in developing PowerPoint presentations.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities, balance competing stakeholder demands, resolve complex issues, and drive outcomes through others.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Capability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and build consensus among leaders, peers, and cross-functional partners.
• A Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Six Sigma Certification is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in the healthcare environment or managed care is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills are preferred.
• Minimum internet speeds of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for remote work.
