This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement scalable onboarding resources, orientations, communications, and milestone support systems.
• Recognize onboarding and transition obstacles and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the early learner experience.
• Establish transition support for learners entering pathways, switching programs, returning from inactivity, nearing graduation, or preparing for postsecondary opportunities.
• Organize milestone communications, learner guidance materials, and support workflows across Academics, Learner Engagement, instructors, LSAs, and the College and Career team.
• Create scalable guidance strategies that link high school experiences, Career Pathway participation, credentials, and interests to post-graduate success.
• Produce college-navigation resources that encompass program selection, admissions, application timelines, financial aid awareness, enrollment, transfer considerations, and college readiness.
• Develop career-readiness materials that include occupational exploration, industry credentials, employability skills, resumes, interviewing, job search preparation, workplace expectations, and training or employment opportunities.
• Create communications, workshops, and decision-support tools that clarify pathway requirements, associated college programs, career outcomes, and subsequent steps.
• Collaborate with academic, college and career, and pathway leaders to enhance engagement, persistence, credential attainment, completion, and post-graduate transitions.
• Design scalable Tier 3 support frameworks, referral criteria, intervention playbooks, decision trees, escalation pathways, communication protocols, and resource libraries.
• Create tools for learner success and transition planning that focus on academic progress, pathway completion, graduation readiness, college and career choices, and postsecondary transitions.
• Oversee, assess, and refine intervention and escalation models.
• Utilize learner data and AI-enabled support tools for exploration, triage, resource navigation, personalized guidance, and identification of emerging needs.
• Design scalable supports that minimize unnecessary one-on-one intervention while maintaining human expertise for complex and higher-need learners.
• Develop family engagement initiatives, resources, webinars, communications, and events.
• Coordinate family outreach in collaboration with LSAs and instructors.
• Facilitate access to academic, social, community, wellness, and other wraparound resources.
• Create and maintain materials related to mental health, wellness, crisis, and community resources.
• Establish protocols for identifying concerns, documenting actions, escalating urgent situations, and referring learners to qualified external services.
• Provide LSAs and instructors with approved well-being resources and escalation guidance.
• Master’s degree in School Counseling.
• Three to five years of experience supporting learners in secondary, workforce, or career-connected education settings.
• Background in college and career advising, postsecondary transition planning, learner success, retention, counseling, or MTSS programs.
• Familiarity with college exploration, admissions, financial aid awareness, credential and training pathways, career development, and workforce transition practices.
• Experience in designing support models, intervention workflows, guidance resources, or learner engagement systems.
• Ability to develop and appropriately disseminate mental health and wellness resources, identify situations that require escalation, and adhere to established referral protocols.
• Proficiency in using data to enhance learner interventions, guidance programs, and post-graduate outcomes.
• Must reside in and perform work within the United States.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
• Expected to be on camera during meetings unless there are extenuating circumstances.
• Must successfully complete applicable pre-employment screening requirements.
