Clinical Provider – Counsellor, Clinical Psychologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Deliver one-on-one telehealth and/or onsite coaching, counseling, or therapy-style consultations, providing general advice only (not treatment).

• Conduct webinars and in-person seminars (optional).

• Assist employees with their wellbeing, stress management, and resilience.

• Work in collaboration with Intellect’s internal clinical team to enhance EAP programs.

• Expand the clientele beyond local users.

• Participate in research, content creation, and webinars.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Urdu and Seraiki is mandatory.

• For Counsellors: Master’s degree in Counselling or Counselling Psychology.

• For Counsellors: 1–3 years of supervised counseling experience.

• For Clinical Psychologists: Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.

• For Clinical Psychologists: 1–3 years of supervised clinical practice after obtaining a Master’s degree.

• Experience in managerial or leadership support (e.g., coaching managers, HR advisory) is a plus.

• Previous experience in EAP or workplace counseling is an advantage.

• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Willingness to accommodate occasional onsite sessions is a plus.
