• Monitor project deliverables across all departments.
• Ensure that deadlines are communicated effectively and that any challenges are identified and addressed promptly.
• Manage the client's medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) process.
• Supervise the organization of internal and external meetings, take detailed notes during these meetings, and provide regular status updates to the team.
• Compile Sunshine Act reports along with any additional reports required by the client.
• Collaborate closely with the logistics vendor to execute meeting planning responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism; other fields of study will also be considered.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience in a client service or agency environment, or equivalent internship experience.
• High level of computer proficiency with intermediate or advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Outlook).
