• Act as a strategic communications partner to the CEO and the leadership team.
• Create and oversee internal communications that foster transparency, alignment, and employee engagement.
• Develop executive communications for All Hands meetings, company announcements, organizational updates, and cultural initiatives.
• Manage internal channels and intranet content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
• Set communication standards that promote clarity and alignment throughout the organization.
• Direct PR strategy and external storytelling that enhance Cardlytics’ business objectives and brand visibility.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media, respond to press inquiries, and proactively pitch thought leadership opportunities.
• Prepare impactful materials, including press releases, blogs, executive bylines, and significant announcements.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations and Finance on communications related to earnings and major corporate milestones.
• Track media coverage and industry trends to uncover opportunities and address potential risks.
• Oversee messaging on the corporate website and social media channels to ensure coherence with brand and leadership communications.
• Work alongside creative and development teams to sustain a cohesive and engaging corporate presence.
• Manage communication templates, content updates, and design partnerships as required.
• Over 10 years of experience in corporate communications.
• Experience in public or rapidly growing technology firms.
• Demonstrated success in managing media relations and press outreach.
• A robust portfolio that highlights internal communications, executive messaging, and external content.
• Familiarity with investor or financial communications is a plus.
• Experience overseeing corporate web or social media channels is a plus.
