This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the main liaison for each group from their arrival until departure.
• Facilitate and engage participants during business meetings, cultural excursions, and local activities.
• Manage logistics including transportation, meeting confirmations, and dining arrangements.
• Swiftly address and resolve any unforeseen issues to guarantee seamless operations and client satisfaction.
• Certified Tour Guide: Hold a valid tour guide license.
• Passion for San Francisco and The United States: Eager to share the destination’s distinctive history, culture, and local insights with international guests.
• In-depth Local Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the destination’s demographics, economy, business environment, culture, and neighborhoods.
• Fluent English and Spanish Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with an international audience.
• Excellent Time Management: Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Group Leadership Skills: Confident in leading groups utilizing both public and private transport.
• Client-focused Approach: Dedicated to providing exceptional client satisfaction.
• Proactive and Independent: Capable of taking initiative, resolving issues independently, and managing time efficiently.
