Program Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Oversee both in-store and digital initiatives/campaigns related to the execution of advertising materials following client approval of a sales agreement.

• Facilitate meetings with both external and internal stakeholders.

• Serve as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams.

• Develop and oversee program timelines in accordance with established deadlines.

• Gather and present internal execution data to sales teams for the preparation of presentations, including available tactics and store counts.

• Assess finance-system-generated invoices for accuracy based on non-standard payment terms and contract compliance.

• Follow up with clients to confirm invoice receipt and ensure timely payment submissions.

• Report overdue invoices to Account Directors.

• Organize calls with sales teams and clients to verify that implementation and materials are properly arranged.

• Manage program kickoffs, which include detailing artwork specifications, store lists, and deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a coordination/account management position supporting multiple sales professionals in a collaborative team setting.

• Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized.

• Capability to handle competing deadlines and priorities effectively.

• Proficient in Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

• Capacity to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and adapt to a continuously evolving environment.
