This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Coordinate cost and schedule performance across international projects as part of the Global Vendor Management Program.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of key suppliers on global projects.

• Enhance project performance monitoring, trending, and visualization at the program level for data center construction initiatives.

• Aggregate and assess project performance data.

• Collaborate with on-site team members to monitor project advancement.

• Provide reports on project performance outcomes.

• Assist in the development and execution of KPI frameworks.

• Identify, gather, validate, and analyze program performance data from various sources.

• Set baseline performance metrics and review trends over time.

• Create reporting processes, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical tools.

• Investigate the relationships between training initiatives and project results.

• Maintain databases for performance tracking and reporting tools.

• Aid in the creation of new performance metrics.

• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations that summarize findings, trends, risks, and recommendations.

• Assist program leadership with on-demand data analysis and strategic initiatives.

• Research industry-leading practices in project controls, project management, capital program delivery, and organizational capability enhancement.

• Create training materials, case studies, job aids, and presentations for leaders of capital projects.

• Support the design and enhancement of professional development programs.

• Translate technical concepts and lessons learned into effective training content.

• Assess training effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback analysis.

• Collaborate with project managers, program controls teams, training leads, and executive stakeholders.

• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to determine performance measures and reporting needs.

• Present findings and recommendations to leadership teams and client stakeholders.

• Promote continuous improvement initiatives to boost project delivery performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.

• 3+ years of consulting experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.

• Experience in supporting capital projects, capital programs, infrastructure, construction, or real estate portfolios.

• Understanding of program controls disciplines such as scheduling, cost management, performance reporting, risk management, and controls governance.

• Experience in developing KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

• Capability to distill complex information into clear recommendations for leadership audiences.

• Experience in creating training curricula, learning programs, or professional development content.

• Familiarity with project management and program controls industry best practices.

• Experience in conducting benchmarking and industry research within the AEC sector.

• Knowledge of capital program delivery frameworks and organizational transformation initiatives.

• Experience with large datasets and performance measurement programs.

• Proficiency with PowerBI or similar business intelligence tools.

• Familiarity with PMO, project controls, or project management methodologies.
