This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Review and analyze contract modifications and their impacts.
• Provide assistance in setting up and maintaining projects alongside the internal project accounting team.
• Oversee and track workforce and labor categories within Deltek Costpoint.
• Conduct thorough reviews and approvals of invoices for the government customer.
• Generate customer reports.
• Manage internal documentation related to government funding and budgets.
• Perform internal unbilled analysis and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) analysis.
• Create and sustain Estimate at Completion (EAC) analysis for various programs.
• Accurately forecast all cost elements of programs within the portfolio, collaborating with program managers in FocusPoint for monthly and annual budget planning.
• Conduct internal and ad hoc reporting.
• Validate posted costs for accuracy and address any necessary corrections.
• Support subcontract management alongside the subcontract administrator.
• Assist with pricing activities for existing contracts.
• Present financial data and analysis in a clear and organized format.
• Analyze variances during the month-end close process while comparing actuals against forecasts/budgets.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a business partner and advisor to leadership on all financial matters concerning programs.
• Contribute to the success of the Defense and Intel operating group as well as ASRC Federal.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Program Control Analyst.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to effectively engage with internal and external teams in a remote setting.
• Proficient in tracking financial data and presenting analyses.
• Advanced skills in Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Capability to manage priorities and workload effectively.
