This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Oversee work streams and maintain information integrity for the Collective’s funded conservation initiatives to guarantee clear responsibilities and timely task fulfillment.
• Organize and coordinate in-person retreats, which includes venue selection, securing catering services, managing insurance, arranging participant travel logistics, tracking vital agenda items, collaborating with facilitators on design, and leading logistical and operational planning to facilitate effective gatherings and collaborative decision-making.
• Facilitate contracts and grant distribution between Multiplier and the participating organizations within the Collective, as well as other entities.
• Establish and nurture respectful and productive relationships with involved organizations.
• Ensure strategic follow-up and coordination across key initiatives, while collaborating with the project facilitator on agenda items for all group meetings.
• Support the director in strategic and organizational planning, as well as fundraising efforts.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in progressively responsible roles, including at least 2 years in a collaborative or multi-stakeholder project.

• Understanding of or willingness to learn the specifics of steelhead sport fisheries.
• The position can be based in Washington, Oregon, northern California, or British Columbia.
• All team members operate from home offices.
• Travel is required for two annual in-person retreats and occasionally for project meetings and site visits.
• A valid driver’s license and passport are required.
