Professional Services Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with owners of veterinary practices and key decision-makers regarding medical protocols and diagnostic approaches.

• Provide education and support to veterinarians, veterinary nurses, technicians, and practice personnel on IDEXX products, services, workflows, and optimal practices.

• Conduct seminars, continuing education sessions, and presentations at clinics, universities, veterinary schools, and industry events.

• Work in partnership with Sales, Marketing, distributors, and cross-functional teams to offer technical expertise, training, market trial assistance, and customer insights.

• Create, review, and present technical content that elucidates IDEXX solutions.

• Offer technical support and advice to clients.

• Address clinical inquiries and resolve product-related issues.

• Allocate approximately 75% of time to fieldwork, traveling throughout the Philippines and wider Asia.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) qualification.

• Minimum of five years of clinical veterinary experience.

• In-depth understanding of modern veterinary medicine and clinical practices.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Capability to influence and engage a variety of audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.

• Strong skills in facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across a matrix organization while managing multiple priorities.

• High standards of integrity, professionalism, and customer orientation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Willingness to travel across the Philippines and broader Asia.
