Professional Services Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee intricate programs and projects to guarantee successful implementation and adoption of Egnyte’s platform by customers.

• Manage and convey deliverables, associated risks, project timelines, return on investment (ROI), and any issues that arise.

• Serve as a bridge between Egnyte’s customers and internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution and success.

• Communicate in a professional and concise manner while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• Ensure that internal processes and client-facing documents are up to date and align with corporate objectives.

• Anticipate resources necessary to achieve goals and manage them effectively and efficiently; identify and secure additional resources as needed for prompt resolution of client concerns during the implementation phase.

• Manage modifications to project scope, schedule, and costs utilizing appropriate verification techniques.

• Provide regular project updates to various stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress.

• Oversee the overall customer relationship and satisfaction throughout all stages of the engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing projects within Customer Facing Implementation roles (both remote and onsite) in a technology company.

• Demonstrated success in collaborating with external customers, as well as key internal partner teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product Management.

• Exceptional customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, keen attention to detail, and adaptability to processes in a rapidly changing environment; capability to manage multiple projects with various resources.

• Experience in handling escalations at all levels.

• A solid understanding of project financials, including revenue, costs, and margins, is essential.

• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

• Experience in creating, maintaining, and adhering to a repeatable project methodology.

• Knowledge of technology related to data, storage, API integration, and both Public and Private Cloud is highly desirable.

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field is preferred.
