This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the creation, review, and upkeep of sales quotations.
• Facilitate the onboarding process of delivery consultants into specific Client Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Develop and sustain resource forecasts for the Resource Management Office (RMO).
• Aid in the bidding and operational coordination of opportunities within a significant client program and environment.
• Oversee and ensure the integrity of operational data across various systems and tools, while pinpointing opportunities for automation and workflow enhancements to boost operational scalability.
• Provide support for resource scheduling and staffing coordination activities as required.
• Assist in identifying and documenting processes, process enhancements, procedures, and operational playbooks, including assessing automation opportunities to minimize manual effort and enhance scalability.
• Contribute to special projects and other operational assignments as needed.
• Appropriately escalate operational issues and ensure that leadership is informed of manager-level or higher concerns.
• Deliver prompt responses and follow-through on operational requests, escalations, and cross-functional communications in a remote work setting.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity services and technologies.
• A curious mindset and the ability to utilize automation, AI, low-code/no-code tools, and system integrations to enhance operational workflows and scalability.
• 1-2+ years of experience in operations, professional services, resource management, sales operations, quote-to-cash, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with PSA, CRM, CPQ, ERP, or resource management platforms is advantageous.
• Experience with Salesforce, Certinia/PSA, NetSuite, or comparable platforms.
• Background in a technology services, consulting, or professional services environment is preferred.
• Understanding of professional services operations.
• Knowledge of quote management and deal support processes.
• A mindset geared towards process improvement with robust problem-solving skills.
• Experience in creating workflow diagrams and process documentation.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools such as OpenAI, Claude, or similar platforms to enhance productivity, documentation, reporting, and operational workflows.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Expertise with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and business systems.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfort with data, reporting, and operational workflows.
• Strong task management and follow-through abilities with a focus on driving activities to completion.
