Professional Services Manager – fluent Arabic and English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Enhance each customer’s experience by overseeing the strategic initiatives necessary to implement SailPoint’s solutions.

• Leverage management expertise alongside product and process training to grasp SaaS and/or Software delivery methodologies.

• Collaborate with management to observe projects and sales initiatives, ensuring accountability for client satisfaction.

• Manage engagement scoping, client interactions, internal team coordination, escalation support, and overall service provision.

• Supervise the comprehensive scope of customer engagements and promote the professional development of team members.

• Deliver strategic updates on client performance to Senior Management.

• Discover new avenues to broaden SailPoint's solutions and services presence.

• Engage in staffing decisions, utilization oversight, performance evaluations, and career development assistance.

• Support direct reports in their career progression by offering regular feedback, coaching, and mentorship.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience in a Software, SaaS, or consulting environment.

• More than 3 years of project management experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in people management.

• Exceptional mentorship and leadership abilities with a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Demonstrated experience in project management responsibilities (planning, budgeting, scope, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, and risk management).

• Excellent communication skills with significant experience working alongside clients and partners.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Extensive experience collaborating with Sales to define services projects for enterprise software.
