Professional Services Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Installing, configuring, and deploying the Swimlane Platform.

• Developing and implementing Security Operations Center / Incident Response Remediation Playbooks.

• Creating new integrations with third-party systems utilizing Python, JavaScript, and YAML.

• Providing designated training and supervising certification labs for our clients and partners.

• Assisting in advanced architecture design for non-standard deployments.

• Contributing to the Swimlane Community by addressing customer and prospect inquiries, producing relevant content, and promoting broader security automation and orchestration adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 2 years of experience in Professional Services at a security vendor, with SOC/IR experience, federal Cyber Protection Team experience, or a combination of these.

• Proven experience working in Security Operations Centers (SOCs) and in Incident Response (IR) processes and procedures.

• Proficient knowledge of Python.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.

• Experience with AKS/EKS/GCP and On-Prem Infrastructure (Management & Provisioning).

• Strong understanding of contemporary cybersecurity technologies and methodologies.

• Practical experience with one or more technologies such as SIEM, IAM, Firewalls/Proxy, Threat Intelligence Platforms, and Malware Sandboxing.

• Experience with USCYBERCOM Cyber Protection Team and/or former Army 25D/170D is a significant advantage!
