Professional Services Consultant – LIMS, Data Migration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Execute implementations while demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of departmental procedures and protocols.

• Assist clients in making informed decisions to achieve optimal efficiency by utilizing Clinisys best-practice recommendations.

• Facilitate product training for clients throughout the implementation phase.

• Utilize AI-driven tools and Clinisys platforms to enhance implementation workflows, improve data analysis, and support decision-making.

• Contribute to process enhancements by evaluating client and departmental feedback.

• Travel to client locations to install Clinisys software solutions.

• Uphold a dedication to customer satisfaction throughout the entirety of the customer relationship.

• Diagnose, debug, and test technical solutions both independently and collaboratively.

• Provide continuous support and training to laboratory staff and stakeholders regarding LIMS usage and best practices.

• Document system configurations, procedures, and modifications for reference and compliance purposes.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Attend or travel to an office on the first day of employment for onboarding in Raleigh, NC, Tucson, AZ, or Indianapolis, IN.

• Travel to client sites; a travel requirement of 25–50% may be necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences, Pharma, or a related field in Toxicology.

• At least 3 years of experience in laboratory management or laboratory informatics.

• Strong knowledge of LIMS systems and their applications.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to translate complex technical requirements into clear and concise documentation.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience with SQL query writing and programming languages, including C++, Java, and PL/SQL.

• Familiarity with laboratory operations, quality assurance, and regulatory standards.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience with API/Interfaces (HL7).

• At least 3 years’ experience managing SQL databases and utilizing reporting tools.

• Experience or familiarity with AI tools, such as Co-Pilot.

• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently manage projects and priorities from inception to completion.

• Strong understanding of laboratory workflow concepts in relation to software applications and interfaces.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Capability to comprehend how various systems integrate and make informed recommendations.

• Ability to mentor and consult to enhance workflow processes and protocols.

• Preferred: A minimum of 3 years’ experience with information systems or Clinisys software products, and at least 1 year of experience working with Clinisys applications.

• Preferred: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a consulting or implementation setting.
