Professional Services Consultant, GRC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Engage in designated client implementation project tasks for Mitratech’s GRC suite.

• Evaluate and articulate client needs.

• Configure software solutions.

• Take part in conference room pilots and user acceptance testing.

• Offer go-live assistance for clients.

• Plan, investigate, and assess client business requirements.

• Analyze situations and make informed decisions.

• Provide clients with insights, risks, and issues for each option.

• Serve as a strategic partner for clients utilizing Mitratech’s product offerings.

• Collaborate with Risk Experts and Executives at top-tier companies.

• Participate in client sessions for gathering requirements.

• Deliver training for power-users and end-users on Mitratech’s product suite.

• Share functional and best-practice insights on GRC topics.

• Configure business intelligence reports utilizing Mitratech’s BI tool.

• Operate as part of a multidisciplinary team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Initial experience in project management.

• Experience or skills in business intelligence and analytics reporting/SQL (preferred).

• Strong verbal communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities.

• Capacity to work autonomously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Experience collaborating with virtual project teams.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (up to 40%).

• Deep interest in GRC and technology knowledge.
