This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee project advancement, minimize risks, and guarantee timely delivery within the defined scope and budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure consistency and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Direct the planning, coordination, and execution of fraud solution implementation initiatives.
• Tailor Sift's fraud prevention solutions to address specific client needs and ensure smooth integration with their existing systems to achieve desired business results.
• Create and provide thorough training programs and documentation on fraud detection and prevention for end-users.
• Present customized fraud prevention strategies and solutions to key stakeholders.
• Keep updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in fraud detection and prevention to offer thought leadership and strategic direction.
• Collaborate with product development teams to communicate customer feedback and contribute to innovations in fraud prevention.
• Work closely across various departments (Customer Success, Sales, Support, Engineering, etc.) to ensure alignment on the latest best practices for delivering optimal solutions to customers.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports on project results and performance metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in professional services, consulting, or a similar customer-facing role within SaaS.
• Background in fraud detection and prevention.
• Strong project management capabilities with a proven history of successfully delivering fraud prevention initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Technical expertise in fraud detection tools and technologies, including but not limited to machine learning, data analytics, REST APIs, customer API libraries, JSON, and CRM systems.
• Capacity to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to recognizing and addressing customer needs.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Flexibility to work varied hours to support APAC customers.
