Professional Services Consultant – 12 Month FTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Implement Clinisys software and related applications in laboratories and various client settings.

• Configure Clinisys software in a consultative manner to optimize laboratory workflows.

• Lead the interfacing of analysers with clients.

• Contribute to the functional development of Clinisys products.

• Monitor laboratory regulations, operational practices, products, and technologies.

• Initiate and execute quality improvement initiatives and projects.

• Map, configure, troubleshoot, and connect analysers to middleware and Winpath LIMS.

• Assist Project Managers with implementation, time management, resource planning, and customer interactions.

• Utilize AI-enabled tools for task planning, time management, status reporting, customer workshops, and summaries.

• Ensure responsible AI usage in compliance with governance, data protection, and quality standards.

• Achieve established project utilization targets.

• Understand customer requirements as outlined in Project Initiation Documents.

• Recommend software modifications and enhancements based on customer feedback.

• Provide training to key users.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

• Support teammates and contribute to the knowledge base.

⛳️ Requirements

• BMS 2 or higher status within the UK Healthcare sector.

• Equivalent standing or experience in the life sciences and public health sectors.

• Willingness to travel throughout the UK and, when necessary, internationally.

• Valid Driving Licence.

• Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence technologies and fundamental AI concepts.

• Proven ability to utilize AI tools in a professional environment.

• Strong motivational abilities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical clients and staff at all levels of the organization.

• High levels of commitment and readiness to take action when required.

• Ability and willingness to work autonomously.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Proficient in creating and delivering executive-level summary reports and presentations.

• IT training experience.

• Familiarity with HL7, integration products like Rhapsody, XML, or JavaScript is advantageous.

• Bachelor's degree.

• Experience in an IT or software provider organization or in implementation.

• Moderate experience in a project management context is preferred.

• Equivalent combinations of education and/or experience may be considered.
