📋 Description

• Develop a thorough understanding of each client's objectives, priorities, educational context, current practices, and desired outcomes.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define successful adoption and identify the necessary educator practices, workflows, and systems.

• Create and implement client-specific professional learning and implementation strategies.

• Provide guidance to school and district leaders on incorporating Panorama products into existing practices and systems.

• Establish strong relationships with key client stakeholders as a trusted advisor in education and professional learning.

• Work cross-functionally to enhance client health, retention, expansion, and impact.

• Design and facilitate high-quality professional learning experiences, both in-person and virtually, for diverse K-12 audiences.

• Utilize research-based adult learning principles and professional learning standards.

• Simplify complex product functionalities, educational practices, and systems-level concepts into actionable learning opportunities.

• Tailor learning experiences to the audience, client context, existing practices, product adoption, and intended outcomes.

• Lead learning sessions that connect Panorama to participants' roles, workflows, decisions, and interactions with students.

• Empower participants to effectively use Panorama products, apply their learning to real-world challenges, and outline subsequent steps.

• Advocate for inclusive practices through careful data inquiry and a strengths-based approach in language and mindsets.

• Offer systems-level K-12 education advisory services on practices, workflows, and systems.

• Leverage expertise in MTSS, school climate and culture, attendance and student success, or special education.

• Cultivate and maintain extensive knowledge of Panorama products, including AI-powered features.

• Utilize AI to enhance the quality, efficiency, and scalability of professional learning and client support.

• Remain informed about K-12 research, policy, practices, and emerging trends.

• Contribute insights, experiences, and resources to the Teaching and Learning team.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in K-12 education, either within a school or district or with an education-centric organization, with substantial experience in developing and facilitating adult learning.

• Proven excellence in facilitating engaging, actionable professional learning for varied K-12 audiences, including educators and school and district leaders.

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to transform complex concepts into learning experiences that foster changes in educator knowledge and practice.

• Experience in supporting the implementation of new programs, practices, systems, or technologies within K-12 settings, with insight into the transition from initial learning to sustained adoption.

• Systems-level comprehension of K-12 education and demonstrated expertise in one or more relevant areas to Panorama's mission, such as MTSS, school climate and culture, attendance and student success, or special education.

• Excellent consulting, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the capability to establish credibility with educational leaders.

• Proficiency with emerging AI technologies and a demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to create content, develop custom tools and workflows, and enhance the quality, efficiency, and scalability of support for district and school leaders.

• Capacity to quickly learn new products, educational domains, and emerging practices, applying that knowledge to meet client needs.

• A commitment to lifelong learning and promoting equitable outcomes for students and school communities.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
