📋 Description

• Offer strategic leadership and intervention on intricate or high-profile projects.

• Act as a senior leader contributing to the strategic direction and expansion of the business.

• Define and refine Civiteq's delivery operating model, ensuring uniform and scalable delivery across all client engagements.

• Oversee the governance, reporting, and assurance methods that provide visibility into delivery performance and risk.

• Establish conditions for reliable, high-quality delivery that fosters both client success and commercial performance.

• Develop and integrate delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices throughout the organization.

• Utilize delivery insights and performance metrics to drive ongoing improvement and organizational learning.

• Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring issues are addressed before they affect client outcomes or business performance.

• Promote the adoption of AI-enhanced delivery methods that boost productivity, quality, and scalability.

• Lead, mentor, and develop senior delivery leaders, cultivating a resilient and high-performing delivery community.

• Collaborate with colleagues across propositions, growth, and delivery teams to ensure services are practical, feasible, and commercially successful.

• Advocate for a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and delivery excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience leading delivery functions, portfolios, or complex programs within a consultancy, professional services, or transformation setting.

• Demonstrated success in designing and enhancing delivery operating models, governance frameworks, or delivery management methodologies.

• Strong grasp of program and project delivery within complex change and technology initiatives.

• Experience providing executive-level oversight of delivery performance, risk, and client outcomes.

• Commercially savvy, with the capability to balance client value, delivery quality, and business performance.

• Strong leadership background, including the development of senior delivery professionals and the establishment of high-performing teams.

• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence and challenge at senior and executive levels.

• Experience in driving organizational improvement and implementing consistent working methods at scale.

• An interest in and understanding of how AI can be leveraged to enhance delivery effectiveness and business performance.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convert complex information into clear, actionable insights.
