This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily functions of an Admissions team
• Guide and manage Enrollment Advisors along with supporting staff
• Provide coaching to team members on both live and recorded calls
• Create and implement training programs aimed at enhancing the skills of Enrollment Advisors
• Offer mentorship and support to team members
• Formulate and execute short- and long-term strategies for applicant recruitment
• Ensure that conversion targets for team applications are met
• Manage the flow of leads and applicants
• Compile and maintain reports on conversion rates and related metrics
• Ensure timely follow-up with assigned leads via phone or email
• Document all communications within the system
• Monitor schedules and attendance
• Handle payroll and timecard reporting
• Ensure Enrollment Advisors stay focused on their tasks
• Supervise the Admissions and Enrollment area in the absence of the Director
• Participate in Enrollment Leadership Team meetings
• Adhere to University conduct standards and policies
• Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations
• Engage in training and ongoing education
• Maintain consistent and reasonable attendance
• Carry out additional duties as assigned
• A Bachelor's degree is required
• Five (5) years of experience in Enrollment, Admissions, or Sales/Operations
• Preferred three (3) years of leadership experience
• Preferred experience in the higher education sector
• Preferred experience in a technology-focused organization
• Familiarity with office management/systems in a higher education context is preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Understanding of the academic and business operations of a higher education institution
• Familiarity with financial aid processes
• Knowledge of leadership principles and practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to utilize and facilitate online communication
• Problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to comprehend and interpret the needs of prospective learners
• Ability to calculate and understand rates, ratios, and percentages
• Ability to present information and address inquiries from prospective learners, University associates, licensing and accrediting bodies, and the public
• Proven experience with enrollment information systems and web-based recruitment
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to travel as required for University-sponsored meetings or events
