This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the scheduling operations across BHW.

• Create and uphold effective scheduling processes, workflows, and systems.

• Ensure that client schedules are adequately staffed and aligned with clinical requirements.

• Monitor scheduling capacity, utilization rates, cancellations, gaps, and coverage.

• Identify scheduling trends and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

• Collaborate with Clinical and Operations leadership to forecast staffing and scheduling demands.

• Set scheduling standards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance expectations.

• Analyze scheduling data and provide actionable insights to leadership.

• Discover opportunities to enhance productivity, minimize scheduling gaps, and maximize service hours.

• Supervise and mentor scheduling team members, offering direction, accountability, and support.

• Resolve complex scheduling challenges and escalate issues when necessary.

• Assist in the implementation and optimization of scheduling technologies and systems.

• Develop and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for scheduling operations.

• Ensure that scheduling practices are consistent, precise, and in line with company policies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in scheduling, workforce management, operations, or a related field.

• Proven experience in managing or leading a scheduling team.

• Strong knowledge of workforce scheduling, capacity planning, and utilization.

• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting data and identifying trends.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Keen attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.

• Proficient in using scheduling software, databases, and other operational systems.

• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, or similar service-oriented environments is highly preferred.

• Leadership approach that emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
