This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assess learning requirements and collaborate with subject matter experts to offer insights for course development and content.
• Utilize instructional design techniques and adult learning theories to ensure course design and content align with educational objectives.
• Develop outlines and scripts that establish the framework for programs.
• Deliver effective learning solutions in a cost-efficient manner.
• Collaborate with management and subject matter experts to maintain course materials that are up-to-date and relevant.
• Design and create computer-based instructional programs.
• Facilitate course delivery during the launch of new courses and gather early feedback for course enhancement.
• Provide direction and support to instructors to guarantee that courses are executed as intended.
• Organize and manage skill assessments and testing to evaluate participant retention.
• Monitor and analyze learning programs through course evaluations, proficiency tests, and job performance metrics to assess program effectiveness.
• Implement modifications or improvements as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in corporate training or instructional design for adult learners.
• Familiarity with communication principles, practices, and procedures for creating training manuals and guidelines.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, computer, multimedia, and business solutions software skills.
• Capability to engage with team members and learners to create and deliver presentations for training and educating employees.
• Project management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in quickly absorbing large volumes of information and distilling it into teachable segments.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% for training sessions and meetings.
• Video cameras must be utilized during all interviews and the initial week of orientation if hired.
• Must be a full-time permanent salaried (W-2) employee working Monday through Friday.
