This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Supervise the design and execution of large-scale corporate workplace initiatives for a major financial client account.
• Contribute to innovative, practical, and brand-aligned workplace solutions that align with organizational objectives.
• Assist cross-functional teams and engage with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Provide support for space planning and conduct design reviews for workplace initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with design standards, budget constraints, and scheduled timelines.
• Prepare documents for feasibility planning and implementation for portfolio projects.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices within the workplace design industry.
• Implement innovative solutions to address the changing needs of workplace environments.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial Interior Design projects, ideally within large organizations or financial institutions.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• Experience with extensive space planning, test fits, programming, schematic design, and design development stages.
• The capability to align planning strategies with brand identity, contemporary workplace behaviors, and efficiency objectives.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BlueBeam software.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize deadlines and deliver high-quality client service.
• Familiarity with WELL Building Standards, LEED certification, or other sustainability frameworks.
• Strong communication abilities and a knack for collaboration across departments and with external stakeholders.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of local building codes, inclusive design strategies, ADA requirements, and other regulatory standards.
• In-depth understanding of workplace trends, space planning, inclusive design, sustainability practices, and building systems.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
