Production Support Representative – First Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service by efficiently managing inbound order inquiries with professionalism and a sense of urgency.

• Offer timely and precise updates on order statuses to both Sales and Support teams.

• Investigate and address issues related to production, inventory, and warehouse operations.

• Proactively engage with internal facilities to ensure that ongoing tasks and inquiries are resolved effectively.

• Respond to all inquiries and deliver status updates within the established timelines of the department.

• Evaluate order discrepancies, such as shortages, lost, or defective items, and decide when replacement orders are warranted.

• Serve as the main internal contact for any changes or updates regarding orders.

• Communicate in a clear and professional manner through organized and informative email correspondence.

• Support and comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

• Prior experience in customer service, production support, or order management is preferred.
