Production Support Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the health of services or support queues and prioritize requests based on established service levels.

• Analyze application, data, access, integration, and user-related issues utilizing available diagnostic tools.

• Manage escalations and provide updates on status, workarounds, and solutions.

• Keep track of tickets, knowledge articles, runbooks, and operational reports.

• Recognize recurring issues and suggest permanent corrective measures.

• Ensure the quality, availability, and usability of enterprise technology services.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Contribute to the development of reliable and maintainable solutions through analysis, troubleshooting, user support, and ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience as specified in the job posting.

• Relevant professional background; the qualifications section typically expects around 4+ years.

• Hands-on experience with the primary programming language and framework, APIs, SQL, testing, Git, and CI/CD.

• Background in application support, IT operations, technical analysis, or pertinent service delivery.

• Capability to investigate issues through logs, data, system tools, or documented procedures.

• Knowledge of incident, problem, change, and service-level management practices.

• Excellent customer service, prioritization, and escalation abilities.
