Production Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Ensure that all essential documentation (e.g., ASI, BOM, approved samples, QAP) is thoroughly completed and aligned prior to the commencement of production.

• Follow up with suppliers regarding samples, tooling, and timelines for mass production.

• Monitor the progress of production and identify risks concerning capacity, quality, and potential delays.

• Coordinate quality assurance and quality control inspections, as well as laboratory testing during both pre-production and mass production phases.

• Ensure that inspection results accurately reflect the final mass-produced items.

• Request and archive photographic evidence of the final goods and palletized products before shipment.

• Coordinate logistics and verify the accuracy of shipping documentation.

• Communicate updates, changes, and risks related to production to Client Operations, Quality, and Procurement teams.

• Maintain complete traceability of approvals, deviations, and corrective actions.

• Prepare and present structured weekly status reports.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to documentation and traceability.

• Proactive, risk-oriented mindset with the ability to escalate issues confidently when necessary.

• Clear and professional communication skills, both within internal teams and with suppliers.

• Capability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Experience in production follow-up, supply chain management, or quality-related roles.

• Basic knowledge of QA/QC and compliance processes.

• Proficient in IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.

• Commitment to health and safety by adhering to procedures and promptly reporting any unsafe situations.
