Production Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning and coordination of relaunch activities across various teams, ensuring timelines, task management, and internal transitions are effectively organized.

• Oversee the setup for cross-launch and cross-sell initiatives to guarantee that all dependencies are addressed.

• Aid in legal and documentation procedures by gathering inputs, drafting documents, organizing files, and monitoring the status of signatures.

• Generate initial drafts of supporting documents such as comparison sheets, brochures, employer guides, and other educational resources.

• Manage reminders, follow-ups, and ongoing administrative responsibilities throughout the course lifecycle.

• Prepare draft recommendation letters and facilitate their final review and approval process.

• Contribute to enhancing the consistency and efficiency of Production workflow management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in operations, coordination, administration, project support, or a comparable role.

• A genuine interest in AI and a proactive approach to exploring and utilizing AI tools and automation in daily tasks.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level.

• Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.

• Capability to manage several tasks and timelines reliably and accurately.

• Comfort in working independently with minimal supervision.
