This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with designers and creative directors to implement concepts within established design frameworks for client brands.
• Engage in a diverse range of creative projects, encompassing book layouts, logos, t-shirts, postcards, invitations, posters, advertisements, large format out-of-home (OOH) displays, infographics, and templates across various software.
• Ensure uniformity in fonts, text positioning, photo treatment, and overall visual integrity in presentation decks that vary from 30 to 150 slides.
• Enrich client presentations with visually engaging elements while restructuring data and charts to enhance presentation quality.
• Version digital banners, print advertisements, and other files, ensuring precision and compliance with brand standards.
• Reconstruct files in the relevant applications, verifying for mistakes and confirming correct configurations.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail, identifying all edits and discrepancies in client materials.
• Assist in the rejuvenation of brands and aid in establishing new design guidelines under the supervision of senior designers.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Over 2 years of experience in a production design capacity, ideally within a creative agency or similar setting.
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and presentation tools like Google Slides and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and the capacity to maintain visual consistency across various materials.
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a creative team as well as independently manage tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with data visualization and infographics is advantageous.
• Proficiency in creating HTML5 animations using Google Web Designer and GIF animations with Photoshop is highly preferred.
