This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver exceptional client service throughout the support process.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve incoming inquiries to provide suitable solutions and alternatives that ensure client satisfaction.
• Efficiently document support incidents and escalate them as needed.
• Oversee and update the help desk ticketing system with details of support incidents, discussions, and correspondence with clients.
• Handle multiple support channels, including phone and email.
• Assist in the rollout of new product releases to Multiview’s current client base.
• Actively contribute to enhancing our Client Portal content by creating impactful documents, videos, and how-to guides.
• Engage in ongoing efforts to improve support processes and team initiatives.
• Exemplify Multiview’s core values, enhancing the reputation of the company and its clients.
• A degree, diploma, certification, or equivalent in business, accounting, or relevant experience.
• Experience Level: 1 – 2 years in customer support or an accounting role.
• Proven skills in client escalation, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
• Demonstrated excellence in presentations to an executive-level audience, both in writing and verbally.
• Outstanding client service, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent team-building capabilities, enabling effective collaboration within a team environment.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to exhibit a high degree of professionalism.
• Innovative thinker with a growth-oriented mindset.
• Proven technical proficiency with Microsoft Office at Intermediate or Advanced levels.
• Openness to being coached, mentored, and striving to reach your maximum potential.
• Experience in demonstrating Multiview’s core values, enhancing the reputation of the company and its clients.
• Willingness to travel minimally within Canada and the US.
