This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Provide seamless experiences for our partners.

• Troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

• Find resolutions for partner inquiries.

• Review partner queries and develop creative solutions that streamline requirements.

• Utilize expertise to assist partners with technical challenges.

• Contribute to the development of innovative products by relaying partner feedback to the Product team.

• Meet critical SLAs such as response time and issue resolution.

• A university degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.

• Experience in supporting a technical product, preferably in SaaS, or experience within MIS or Software Development teams.

• Strong written communication skills in both English and German.

• A high level of responsibility and accountability.

• Capability to provide prompt responses and follow up systematically.

• A natural problem solver who maintains a positive attitude and enjoys helping others succeed.

• Good debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or other programming languages is advantageous.
