This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a key point of contact between SitusAMC and its clients to ensure effective delivery and implementation of SitusAMC software and configurations into client production settings.
• Accept, validate, and internally direct software defects for resolution.
• Provide comprehensive training to clients and internal team members.
• Operate in accordance with security role alignments.
• Document specifications, including findings, extensions, and enhancements.
• Develop user guides, release notes, and configuration documentation.
• Conduct training sessions for Client Administrators, Client End-Users, and internal staff.
• Execute work both on-site and through Virtual Service Delivery (VSD).
• Showcase upgrade features, enhancements, issue reviews, and custom configuration demonstrations.
• Configure application setup and installation processes.
• Utilize knowledge of the SitusAMC application and understanding of business concepts.
• Test SitusAMC applications for project-related and support activities.
• Validate both internal and external findings.
• Analyze specifications and requirements thoroughly.
• Undertake additional related tasks as assigned by management.
• An associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, along with one year of relevant experience and/or training; or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• 2-4 years of industry or related experience, typically in an Analyst-level role or an external equivalent.
• Proficiency in Internet browser software and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Capability to learn and apply new skills effectively.
• Aptitude for identifying and resolving issues promptly, with skilled information gathering and analysis.
• Strong customer service skills and acumen.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing priorities.
• Ability to follow directions and respond to management guidance.

• Strong business acumen.
• Experience reading and interpreting XML files is preferred.
