This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will take charge of how our product organization expands — designing a multi-product portfolio, establishing the operational rhythms that transform strategy into tangible outcomes, and serving as the link among delivery teams to ensure issues are addressed before escalating into crises.
• Design the product portfolio: identify reusable components across clients instead of creating unique solutions for each customer.
• Manage essential operational rhythms: sprint planning, OKRs, and the end-to-end process from PRD to insights gained from shipped products.
• Oversee cross-team delivery coordination (scrum-of-scrums), maintaining a transparent overview of the portfolio for leadership.
• Develop systems that replace the need for status updates with real-time visibility (Jira/Notion dashboards).
• Supervise the delivery and reliability operating framework: capacity gates, release approvals, and collaborating with engineering on system health.
• Propel AI-native operations and jointly oversee the company-wide implementation of our internal AI workflow marketplace.
• Several cycles of experience across multiple organizations in product operations, R&D operations, technical program management, or related roles where you managed the functioning of a product organization, preferably at a company undergoing rapid scaling.
• Proven track record in constructing operating models, OKR systems, and idea-to-ship or SDLC frameworks from a foundational level, rather than merely administering existing ones.
• A background in driving AI adoption for teams, not just for personal use. You have successfully guided others in changing their workflows and ensured these changes are sustained.
• Genuine, hands-on expertise in working with modern AI tools, coupled with a strong perspective and an inquisitive mindset.
• Experience in coordinating delivery among various teams (such as a scrum-of-scrums, program management, or portfolio capacity), or a strong desire to develop in this area.
• Sufficient technical knowledge to engage in discussions about architecture, scaling, and reliability with engineers, along with the willingness to deepen this knowledge. You do not need to have managed observability or release engineering yourself; however, you should have a desire to learn about it.
• Proficiency with Jira and Notion (or similar tools), and the instinct to create a record-keeping system that people will actively maintain.
• Exceptional cross-functional facilitation skills, particularly the ability to advance a stalled decision without having to own the decision itself.
• Health insurance
• Paid time off
• Flexible work arrangements
• Professional development
• Stock options
