Product Manager – Clinical Product Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the collaboration between product management and clinical operations for CVS Health’s Weight Management product.

• Convert clinical and business goals into scalable product solutions.

• Enhance operational performance while managing quality assurance and clinical review processes.

• Ensure compliance with evidence-based guidelines and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate across functions with clinicians, operations teams, technology partners, and vendors to improve member outcomes.

• Maximize program effectiveness to offer a premier healthcare experience.

• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and enhance accessibility, engagement, and impact across various product versions and customizations.

• Establish new or updated capability requirements.

• Create user stories, member journeys, and the corresponding requirements to facilitate product improvement cycles.

• Provide quantitative analyses and ensure timely and accurate delivery of analysis.

• Identify and prioritize the product backlog using data-driven insights, customer needs, and market trends.

• Define, refine, and monitor product key performance indicators.

• Assist in product positioning and differentiation from competitors.

• Complete additional projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design or product management; a graduate-level education may substitute for experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in executing the product development lifecycle.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing, implementing, or overseeing quality assurance processes for clinical programs.

• Experience in monitoring performance metrics, reviewing member-facing interventions, and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives.

• Over 3 years of experience collaborating effectively with more than 10 colleagues across various functional areas.

• Capability to translate clinical and business objectives into effective product solutions.

• Proficient in developing and interpreting user stories.

• Strong structured and logical problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to define business problems and challenges.

• Skill in conveying complex issues clearly to diverse stakeholders both verbally and in writing.

• Highly developed project management capabilities.

• Advanced proficiency in project management and office software applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.

• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to cultivate effective cross-functional collaborations.

• Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, tenacity, and a willingness to learn rapidly.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Preferred: clinical experience as a nurse, dietitian, pharmacist, physician assistant, physician, or other licensed healthcare professional.

• Preferred: experience managing third-party vendors, strategic partners, or external solution providers.

• Preferred: advanced degree in a business-related or health-related field.

• Preferred: experience working with remote teams.
