Senior Product Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable advisor and business partner to the CTG leadership across various functions including Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance.

• Sustain the business cadence by creating and implementing integrated processes.

• Set the expectations for the quality of both internal and external outputs throughout CTG by developing and documenting standards and practices.

• Foster consistency in business reviews by establishing best practices for managing, maintaining, and evaluating key performance indicators in collaboration with business leaders.

• Communicate modifications and promote the adoption of new operational standards.

• Continuously refine processes to facilitate large-scale decision-making.

• Collaborate with Product and Program Management to create and maintain processes that ensure the consistent execution of product strategy.

• Enhance operational excellence through reporting, strategy evaluations, roadmaps, and essential internal processes.

• Work alongside diverse stakeholders to optimize information sharing and ensure timely delivery of results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience in a Strategy or Product-oriented position.

• A Bachelor's degree.

• Proven experience in establishing processes and driving operational standards within a cross-functional organization.

• Knowledge of cloud computing, data center concepts, content distribution networks (CDN), and related technologies.

• Ability to translate technical requirements into business results.

• Experience in presenting to and collaborating with teams and leadership at all levels of the organization.

• Familiarity with data visualization and analysis tools.

• Capability to operate systems with minimal supervision.

• Experience in developing basic dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
