This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and enhance the product operating model, which includes planning frameworks, prioritization methods, governance structures, decision-making schedules, and collaboration standards.
• Direct the company-wide product planning and roadmap activities, encompassing annual and quarterly planning, investment trade-offs, commitment tracking, and communication with executives.
• Create systems to enhance visibility, accountability, and execution from the initial idea intake through to launch and post-launch evaluation.
• Monitor the health of strategic initiatives, product investments, delivery risks, and the achievement of outcomes.
• Enhance the integration of customer feedback, market signals, and business priorities into product decision-making.
• Produce executive-level reports on roadmap advancements, product performance, organizational throughput, experimentation outcomes, and operational metrics.
• Detect inefficiencies and spearhead initiatives to enhance planning quality, process consistency, execution speed, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Assess, implement, and fine-tune tools, systems, and workflows associated with planning, collaboration, experimentation, analytics, and knowledge management.
• Develop frameworks for experimentation and learning.
• Generate and uphold documentation, standards, playbooks, and best practices for product and design operations.
• Influence leaders with data-driven insights and operational acumen.
• Counsel product and functional leaders on organizational structure, process maturity, and operational excellence.
• Over 10 years of experience in product operations, product management, strategy and operations, business operations, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in rapidly growing SaaS and AI-centric environments.
• Proven success at the principal or director level, or in a comparable capacity.
• Experience in influencing senior leaders and facilitating cross-functional change within complex organizations.
• In-depth knowledge of product development lifecycles, product management methodologies, design collaboration frameworks, and engineering partnerships.
• Proficient in leading portfolio planning, roadmap operations, prioritization methods, and executive-level business reviews.
• Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities.
• Strong proficiency in product and business analytics ecosystems, including Segment, Amplitude, Productboard, Linear, Jira, BI platforms, and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience in designing scalable workflows and automations using tools like Zapier, Retool, or similar platforms.
• Excellent program leadership capabilities.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Design, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is advantageous.
