Product Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Identify inefficiencies, enhance processes, and implement modifications to elevate organizational effectiveness.

• Automate workflows to minimize manual efforts.

• Utilize AI to streamline complex processes and boost team productivity.

• Develop and manage systems to monitor and report ROI metrics to leadership.

• Establish and uphold data governance guidelines and best practices.

• Produce reports on product usage and its business impact.

• Integrate data across product management, sales, customer success, and engineering teams.

• Supervise complex projects, monitoring milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.

• Facilitate communication between technical and business teams.

• Create process documentation and manage change management plans.

• Present operational metrics to leadership.

• Promote the adoption of approved technologies and track adoption rates and ROI.

• Analyze the technology landscape, identify redundancies, and propose architectural enhancements.

• Collect and synthesize feedback from internal teams and external clients.

• Assist with product launches, feature releases, and operational initiatives.

• Address operational bottlenecks and formulate contingency plans for product-related issues.

• Comprehensive understanding of the full product lifecycle from development to retirement.

• Capability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform product decisions and operational enhancements.

• Proficiency in designing, implementing, and refining operational processes.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across product, technology, and business departments.

• Familiarity with technical concepts and tools pertinent to product development, management, and operations.

• Insight into business models and how products align with organizational objectives.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong ability to create and maintain clear documentation.

• Methodical approach to complex problems, with skills to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.

• At least 5 years of experience in a Product Operations or a related operational role.

• Understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS concepts.

• Knowledge of product and technical documentation, including API, release, architecture, and infrastructure documentation.

• Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Advanced Excel.

• Proactive mindset focused on helping teams deliver value.
