Product Strategy & Innovation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer requirements, particularly in the AI sector, to uncover new opportunities.

• Generate innovative product and service concepts from the ground up and transform them into viable business prospects.

• Convert existing services into scalable and repeatable offerings.

• Lead product initiatives from the initial concept through to launch, coordinating execution with Sales, Marketing, PR, and Development teams.

• Establish product positioning, pricing strategies, target markets, and go-to-market plans.

• Assess demand and commercial viability before committing resources to new initiatives.

• Monitor product performance and implement enhancements based on the outcomes.

• Translate market demands into products and services that drive leads, revenue, and overall business growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in product strategy, business development, growth, or a comparable role.

• Strong skills in market research, analysis, and problem-solving.

• A commercial orientation with a solid understanding of B2B sales and marketing dynamics.

• Proficient in transforming ideas into actionable projects and overseeing execution to completion.

• Excellent communication, project management, and decision-making abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously, show initiative, and propel progress across teams.

• Preferably experienced in B2B, SaaS, software development, or digital agency environments.

• Experience in launching products, developing services, or establishing new revenue channels is preferred.

• Familiarity with AI tools, emerging technologies, and project management platforms is also preferred.
